Kelly & Jason had a wedding that can only be called magical! I loved that they were married at the phenominally gorgeous Hatley Castle in Victoria, BC and every detail was perfection. Kelly & Jason have such a fun goofy side combined with a genuinely deep love for each other. Jason had tears in his eyes when Kelly walked down the aisle and when he said his vows... and then it was Kelly's turn... (and then my turn because I can't help but get verklempt during emotional vows). Kelly made most of the decorations and grew her own flowers for the table settings. When we were walking around the grounds she knew everything about the gardens, which made doing photos around Hatley Castle especially cool! In terms of photography, the conditions couldn't have been more perfect. They had the ceremony at 4pm, which meant the light was lower in the sky (an ideal time for photos since there were no unflattering shadows under anyone's eyes) and they even did their first dance right as the sun went down over the horizon (amazing!). Kelly & Jason, you are both rock stars and I wish you all the happiness in the world!
