Big Brothers & Sisters Charity Gala Event

We were so thrilled to be a part of the ‘Share a Little Magic Christmas Gala' over the weekend. It was the party of the year with a fantastic band and DJ (who also donated their time), a fabulous online auction (featuring some FunkyTown gift certificates in the mix) and great holiday cheer. We had a phenominal time photographing the event - including "Christmas tree portraits" by donation. Proceeds went to the Big Brothers & Sisters Association, and helped to fund Donald Peterson's Coastal Challenge, a multistage 7-day footrace across 250 kilometers of Costa Rica’s tropical Pacific coastline. He is racing in this astonishing challenge to raise awareness of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Victoria (BBBS). We can't wait to hear all about his race in January!

Big Brother to Be!

A few months ago we photographed this adorable and incredibly expressive soon-to-be-big-brother and his mother Trisha for a joint baby-maternity portrait session. The new baby is still TBA, so stay tuned for some newborn pictures once the big day arrives. We're pretty excited to meet the new addition!

Wedding Photography Workshop

Eunice & Christina taught a portrait & wedding photography course at Camosun College this fall. As part of the course, we had a really fun workshop with our good friend Sarah modeling as a bride. We're also including a couple of our favorite pictures taken by the class. Thanks Sarah for being such a great sport - and thank you to all the students who braved the cold weather to come out and participate.
